Since the tone generator doesn't have all the frequencies needed, I added 12 reed switches and a tiny magnet under
each of the first 12 keys. The open/closed signals are sent to my poorman's midi encoder...
By the way I had previously used this keytar for a MIDI pedalboard which I have now dismantled. The sound is then produced by an old Sound Canvas module (set to a sine wave patch) and
the signal then goes into the phono input on the M-100's amp. (These notes are not affected by the expression pedal or the
vibrato tab.)
